Once this Quotation has been accepted we can now make your application for your grant voucher (this voucher will be used later on to claim your grant). This stage requires a payment to be made for the materials and application admin. This amount will be provided in the quotation so you have peace of mind knowing what payments are due and when.

If you are happy with the estimate then we can proceed with a full survey. This provides us with the heat loss calculation for your property allowing for the correct heat pump and if necessary any adjustments to radiators to provide you with adequate heat throughout your home. This survey then allows us to generate a full quotation showing what your install will cost including all materials and labour costs. Your quotation will include cost breakdowns and stages at which payments will be required.

INSTALLATION TIME! Our professional install team will carry out the install as per designs and quotation. Once installed your new system will be fully commissioned and you will be given a step by step guide to using the system. Our engineers will answer any queries and provide you the knowledge to operate your new heating system and get the best efficiency.

We will then provide you with the completion pack to go alongside your system explaining all the warranty, certification and full instructions to give you peace of mind.

You are now signed off and have a state of the art renewable heating system. We will be on hand to provide any question or issues that may arise. We will also contact you prior to your annual service that is required to validate your warranty.

Once we have received full payment we can then apply the voucher to redeem your £7500 grant
